Welcome to our delightful retreat nestled in the heart of Mountlake Terrace, just a short drive from the vibrant city of Seattle! This location is walking distance to light rail station and close to golf course and Lake Ballinger.

This cozy home is perfect for families, couples, or solo travelers looking for comfort and convenience.

We also have fantastic outdoor space perfect for gatherings, relaxing around the firepit and for having BBQ cookouts with family.

About the home : The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Backyard has a firepit and a grill for your convenience.

Well connected by public transport this home is perfect to stay close to the city and yet have a peaceful neighborhood.

Clean and comfortable!

We were in town for a family birthday weekend, and had a very comfortable stay at this property. It was a great location for us: Quiet neighborhood yet close to the freeway. It was well appointed and spotlessly clean. The access was easy and owner was very responsive. The home appears to have been newly remodeled and the decor was nicely done. Spacious main bedroom and bathroom, great shower! We would stay here again!
