This is a studio with one queen bed, compact kitchenette, bath and table, approximately 200 sqft. Heat only.

If you would like to view the listing to the Front House or to rent both homes together, please feel free to send me an inquiry.
• Please note that the outdoor area is a shared space with the front house guests. While you are welcome to enjoy the front door area, we kindly ask that you respect the privacy and quiet enjoyment of the front house guests.

**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.

**About Fees & Pricing**
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing.
• Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome; We charge $50/night for your pet(s) which have already been included in your invoice if you have selected pets on your reservation.

**House Rules**
• This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.

This is a very small but well designed cottage in the yard of a larger house that is also rented as a vacation property. This is a a good neighborhood in a great location. However, the cottage is on a wooded lot and is very damp. There is a strong mold/mildew odor. The owner has apparently recognized this and placed a scent dispenser in the unit that only makes things worse. Also, there are appliances (hot plate, electric kettle) plugged into an extension cord that is plugged into a power strip. This is a fire hazard according to an article published on CNET. I would not consider staying in this property again unless the owner addresses these serious health and safety issues.

Comfortable bed, quiet surroundings, not enough outlets in the room. I had to put the toaster on the floor to use it next to an outlet. Internet services was very poor until the manager showed up with a new hotspot. No access to television of any station.

It was a nice property, the only bad thing about it was that we were going to grill out, it’s a good thing I checked the grill and it wouldn’t light, it looks like it hadn’t been used in a while, there were cobwebs inside and dirty, it’s a good thing that i checked the grill first before going to the store. Other than that very nice place.

The property is beautiful! We sat outside and enjoyed the garden with our morning coffee, you would never know that you were so close to a busy city. So quiet and serene offering a great place to sleep and recharge after a busy day in the city. The room does have quite a bit of humidity and therefore is a bit musty but it was very clean and with all necessary amenities. We hope that we were not overly loud or disrupting for the neighboring cottage on the property.

Perfect retreat

Beautifully designed and furnished, cool inside even during a 3-day heat wave, quiet neighborhood full of shade trees. I'd stay again in a heartbeat!
