This home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathroom, sleeps up to 8 guests and is 2100 sqft, with one step to entry.

• First Floor: living room with smart TV, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with king bed and another with queen bed), 1 bathroom, access to outdoor balcony with views of Lake Washington
• Lower Floor (Walk out basement): primary bedroom w/ king bed & ensuite bathroom, bedroom with queen bed with ensuite bathroom and laundry room, sitting area with views of backyard and piano

**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• 📅 Cancellation — Policy is upheld strictly. Extensions welcome based on availability. Shortened stays and date changes are subject to our cancellation policy. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.

**Additional Info About the Home**
• Fireplaces on both levels are not available for guests to use. Detached garage is not part of the rental but there is plenty of parking for the home.

**About Fees & Pricing**
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing.
• Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome; We charge $50/night for your pet(s) which have already been included in your invoice if you have selected pets on your reservation.

**House Rules**
• This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
• Use of fire pit and charcoal grill are prohibited during the burn ban

Your facility was great clean and my family enjoyed enough space clean and well organized just a few things the sockets didn’t all work the microwave went out we had to find the box to reset and the garbage disposal kept backing up but overall I enjoyed one of your sinks had a loose handle but I think with a few adjustments things were good

We did not expect to only have one TV. We had issues with the access to apps and the remote. We also were challenged with the low temperatures (night was under 60 degrees) with A/C units still installed in windows which caused the bedrooms to be quite cold, even with the heat on. The host did compensate us for this inconvenience. Everything was clean but this house requires no shoes which seniors will struggle with as no room for chair in entrance.

Set a few blocks from the shore of Lake Washington, the home is comfortable, clean but slightly older. The basement bedrooms had a faint musty odor we remedied with room spray. The back porch could be a feature with the lake views but the railing is missing in places and in need of repair. Clean, easy to find, excellent parking.

Check in went smoothly. We were four hours early, host was very accommodating. Spacious kitchen, fully stocked with cooking supplies. Just needed food so you can get cookn’ Big bedrooms, beds were very comfortable. Two large spaces, one upstairs and one downstairs to get together and play games. Would highly recommend and definitely will stay there next time we are in Seattle.

I’m not really sure this is a good property for people to stay at. Bags of trash in the front yard area, a trailer parked on the lawn, kitchen cabinet handles falling off, dishwasher didn’t work, electrical cords strewn around the living room, old mattresses on the beds and air conditioners in the windows not allowing the blinds to be pulled down and keep the bedrooms dark.

The house was easy to find. (The fact that it was right around the corner of Deja Vu was a nice landmark of where the house is and we found it quite hilarious). It was very spacious and the central air kept us warm and cozy. Kitchen utilities were very helpful. 5 out of 5 stars for property manager communication and rapid responce to our requests.

Just want we needed

The space was ample for our group. The couch needs to be replaced, its sunken in and well used, a few cleaning supplies should have been nicely replenished but we didnt go without. The communication with property management was clear and punctual. Overall we were very satisfied.
