Nestled in a quiet and safe neighborhood, you can take a leisurely stroll to the Cheshiahud Lake Union Loop Trail. Explore the rich history and breathtaking cityscape while enjoying a myriad of lakeside restaurants with stunning views. Steps from 45th shops, coffee, restaurants, Gas Works park & easy access to public transportation, UW & downtown.

This home is split into two units and this is the lower level only. It is a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit with a partially fenced backyard and BBQ Grill, about 800 sqft. Sofa bed in the living room accomondates an extra 2. Laundry and parking is shared with upstairs guests.

**Home Higlights**
• Kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with cookware, silverware, servingware, spices, coffee & tea for all your cooking needs.
• All beds are outfitted with high quality mattresses and linens.
• Plenty of parking on the driveway with electric charging available (please bring your own plugs). There is also plenty of free street parking spots.

**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.

**Additional Info About the Home**
• Please note that this home is split into two units for rent; the two units share separate entrance. Laundry is shared.
• Driveway is shared for parking with upper level guests. But there are also plenty of street parking spots available.

**About Fees & Pricing**
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.
• Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome at $50 per pet. Please let us know if you’ll be bringing your pet and how many. Pet fee is not included in the VRBO total and is processed after reservation is confirmed.

**House Rules**
• This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.

Great location

We drove from Northern California to Seattle for a six-night stay to attend a formal wedding. The location was on a quiet street in a charming area, within walking distance of restaurants. The property has a nice backyard for our dog. The unit felt newly remodeled and very clean. There was lots of coffee with a nice new coffee maker, which was a nice touch to our stay. However, I wanted to share some feedback for potential renters. The property seems to be managed by an offshore investment group, making communication with the manager relatively slow. She was polite and eager to help but could take time to resolve issues. There was another rental unit above us, and when new tenants moved in, the noise level increased significantly, disrupting our peaceful retreat. We also had to share a one-car driveway, forcing us to park down the block due to the narrow streets. The unit's heating and air conditioning were also controlled remotely, which was inconvenient during our cold, rainy stay. Throw blankets were not available for added comfort while watching TV, and the bedroom lacked storage space, as there were only two nightstands and no dresser. Thankfully, the manager responded to our needs by sending extra hangers, tissues, paper towels, and bath towels. There were no cleaning supplies, and the soap dispenser in the bathroom was broken— an old-school water filter system that can be cumbersome and slow. I am sure management has since fixed these minor items.

Perfect spot

this was the perfect spot for my almost 3 week visit to the area! Communication with the property manager was really easy and the home was very clean and comfortable. It is noisy when someone is in the upstairs unit but that was only a couple of nights during my long stay.

Have a wonderful day in a beautiful neighborhood.

This is a great property for relaxation within short distance of most Seattle hot spots. Plentiful food all around. Streets are small. Large vehicles, Beware.
