We live upstairs and are available if needed, while otherwise giving guests privacy. The apartment itself was finished very recently, but the building is older. Because of that, guests may occasionally hear footsteps from above. Two adults live upstairs and there are no children. We are mindful about walking and try to keep things quiet, but some sound transfer is still possible from time to time.

Neighborhood:
Bryant is a quiet, residential, and very walkable neighborhood in northeast Seattle. It offers a calmer setting than downtown while still being close to major destinations.
