Our home is located at the North end of Lake Washington so there is easy access to Seattle, Lynnwood, Everett, Redmond, Bothell, Kirkland and Bellevue.
We are close to Bastyr University and convenient to the University of WA, UW Bothell Campus, Boeing, Microsoft, Expedia or Amazon.
We are not far from area Hospitals: Seattle Cancer Care Alliance, Evergreen, Swedish, Virginia Mason, Northwest and Children's Hospitals.
It is suitable for traveling nurses, couples, business travelers, and families (with kids).

This is a great ADU in a nice suburban neighbor very close to Lake Washington. It has a complete kitchen, good wi-fi, streaming available on the TV, and check-in was a breeze. Great experience.

Beautiful Private In-law Apartment

We spent 15 days in this apartment this July. It was even nicer than advertised - not only was it clean, well appointed, and private, we also had a private outdoor space. The neighborhood is convenient and fantastic. Diane and Jeff were wonderful.

My favorite home away from home. So cozy. Walkable to my daughter’s house and a large state park. Fantastic neighborhood. Perfectly furnished for 2 people. Beautiful garden. Comfy bed. We slept well. Don’t hesitate to book.

Peaceful one bedroom apartment in a beautiful area near Lake Washington

The apartment had everything we needed (apart from a kettle for making tea but we made do with a saucepan!)The bed was REALLY comfortable and the grandkids enjoyed sleeping over in the lounge.We enjoyed visiting a few parks with the grandkids near Lake Washington.We took our 11 year old grandson to Willow Creak golf complex for mini golf and had great fun!

A welcome respite

Really nice accommodation

This is quite literally the cleanest vrbo I’ve ever stayed in. Excellent kitchen and bathroom supplies, plenty of hangers and decent cooking utensils. I plan to come again. Bed is very comfortable. Hosts took special care of us during a storm.

Holiday 2023 Kenmore, WA Stay

This was our 2nd 2023 stay at the Westling's apartment. We are regular travelers to the Seattle area and would rate Diane and Jeff’s place as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk or drive to all the sites we wanted to see. Also close to supermarkets which was handy, and easy drives to dozens of restaurants and cafes. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment.

Everything You Need

This Mother-in-Law apartment has everything, including a lovely yard. It was a cheerful, exceptionally clean home away from home. The owners were communicative and responsive. Any request I had was immediately answered or fixed. The unit is cosy, but efficiently laid out, with all the kitchen supplies you could ever need. I stayed for almost a month, and I'll be back!

A lovely, quiet stay

I really appreciated how quiet this property is. It is attached to yet separate from the main house and I don't know that I ever heard anyone else during my stay. The kitchen is stocked with many essentials and I found everything I needed for cooking and cleaning up. Communications with the owner were very easy and I always received a prompt reply. This is located close to where I needed to be all week and I would definitely stay here again.

Kenmore Gem

This is by far one of the best places we've ever rented! Diane and Jeff's lovely apartment is immaculate, very quiet and private, super comfy bed and furnishings, fully equipped kitchen including a full size refrigerator/freezer, sharp knives, waffle maker, (with mix and syrup!) Mr Coffee maker including coffee and my favorite creamer (as requested), recessed lighting with dimmers, large screen TV & cable, full tub/ shower including thoughtful hygiene essentials, efficient central heating and beautiful gardens. The neighborhood feels very safe and well maintained. Diane and Jeff's communication was friendly, prompt and helpful. We will definitely return here next time we see our family.
