Hotel advertises “24/7 Airport Shuttle”, be prepared to uber or taxi back to the hotel… I called the hotel 5x after landing in SeaTac at midnight and got no response, so I decided to Uber to the hotel.. When I got to the lobby, I called again and the phone clearly rang and no one was attending to it. I asked the front desk lady if their shuttle is 24/7 and she said yes, sorry if you missed it. I explained my situation with frustration and she just said sorry and offered to schedule me for another morning shuttle back to the airport. This
