Read the listing carefully — this is a private bedroom with a SHARED kitchen and living room. There are seven private rooms in the “house.” If the price seems too good to be true, that’s why! Walls are paper thin. You can hear everything going on in all four floors of the house. Oh yeah, enjoy the three staircases.Walls in shared spaces have lots of dents and scrapes. Floors were dirty. There were bags of trash on the floor of the shared kitchen every day. Kitchen has reasonable amenities in terms of cookware and plates, etc. But bring your own spoons because there was only one in drawers, and bring some labels if you wanna put food in the shared fridge. My individual room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower got nicely hot.
