Don't recommend the restaurant inside Renaissance

The booking through Hotels.com was easy and convenient. The check in was great. We didn't have to wait too long for someone to greet us and checked us in. The only thing we didn't have a good experience at Renaissance Seattle Hotel was at the restaurant. I know it was a busy weekend, but the hostess was not friendly or courteous. She barely said anything and didn't get our order correctly for breakfast! We won't be returning to Renaissance. We've stayed at different hotels in Seattle and we would prefer to pay extra for better service.

I only encounter one small problem the bed that I requested which was a king size which the gave me 2 full size bed , therefore, I had to go back downstairs stand in line, over again to talk to front desk. Beside that everything was fine

Very tired hotel with hundreds of cruise passengers passing through each day, windows so thin you feel like you’re on the freeway. We had to be moved and it’s at the top of a hill. Avoid!
