Great hotel for a night stay before our Alaskan cruise. Great location to both Pike Place and the Space Needle. Both were walkable. Roberta at check in was marvelous!!!

Breakfast was the same everyday, we stayed there for 4 days it got old having sausage bagels and eggs. The lines were very long and they instantly shut the doors at 9 even if still in line. I understand it closed but lines were so long and they never opened second lines even when capable

You’re better off staying anywhere else. Literally anywhere else. During booking they explain available parking but fail to tell you until you get there that it’s about $56 after tax on top of the price you pay to stay, to be able to park in their garage because there isn’t overnight street parking around them. Our bathroom inside and out had nasty something dried on it which means they didn’t clean it. There was someone’s hair hanging from the toilet seat hinge into the toilet water. Someone’s hair ball at the entrance to the shower. Didn’t know it at first that this was probably a larger issue, but the toilet would be flushed and the sink would gurgle like crazy every time. Took a shower and the shower drain didn’t drain. It was nasty water. We washed all of our dishes and put them in the dishwasher to be ran and immediately the dishwasher started dumping water all over the floor. Stopped it and it continued to flood out of there. Reaching the front desk after we checked in was impossible. Finally got someone and they asked to put us on hold to never return to the phone. Gave up. The next day when the dishwasher was flooding out, couldn’t reach anyone at all so we decided to just leave earlier than planned and tell the woman up front. I Addressed everything to her and she told me she was so sorry and if there was anything she could do, I told her that I wasn’t sure what she could do and she literally just said “okay, yeah, sorry.” Never again staying here.
