FULLY STOCKED AND FURNISHED SHORT TERM OR LONG TERM RENTAL IN UNIQUE SEATTLE MUSIC THEMED HOME.

We are renting our very hip (Seattle Music Themed), spacious, sparkling clean, home for the next few months (3-6 months negotiable). It is a fully stocked, fully furnished, fully ready for move in. This is a 3 bedroom (one king, one queen and one full bed) with newly renovated kitchen and bathroom.

Come stay in paradise for warm Summer weather! Large Outdoor Deck with BBQ, Firepit and Lounge Chairs to see the perfect sunset over the Olympic Mountains! Mountain and slight water view. We also have guitar, piano and bongo drums for music lovers as well as 3 record players and wireless music player.

Large kitchen w/ gas range, big refrigerator, sunny coffee table nook, full dining room, expansive deck w/ Sound & Mtn view. Spacious bathroom w/ radiant heated floor & dual shower heads. Fully fenced yard w/ fruit trees, shed & planting beds w/ drip watering. On demand tankless H2O. Living room has large couch, stuffy chair and full bar as well as large flat screen TV and music players.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of Lincoln Park. Laundry facilities are available. The vacation home offers free WiFi and a kitchen.

Disliked: Cleanliness
We checked in, unpacked, opened the windows. The place didn’t seem ready. The upstairs living room & bedrooms had a smelly stained carpet. Couch was full of crumbs. Basement had a very unpleasant smell as well. Yard was not kept up. Kitchen and bathrooms were the only positives. We packed up and left. Only reviews were from 3 yrs ago.

Perfect for us!

This home in West Seattle was so great for our family. We have two young adult daughters (and two young pups) and we were all comfortable. They even left us dog toys and treats upon check in which was so thoughtful. This home is comfortable, perfectly appointed, and conveniently located. The owners are super responsive and kind, offering fun suggestions and other local intel. Staying here made our entry into Seattle seamless!

Tammy is the best host . The house is well equipped in a very relaxing area. 10 thumbs up!!!

We really, really really enjoyed our stay here. The house is cute and cozy, has everything you need. Close to the beach, restaurants and cafés in walking distance. The wifi kicks a** for anyone that works from home or the gamers in your family So far out of the 5 places we have stayed in the areas surrounding Seattle. This gem brings home the gold... keep Rockin it Tammy...
