Our spacious two-bedroom apartment is within walking distance of the University of Washington campus, fabulous outdoor University Village shopping and dining, and convenient bus or light rail service to downtown. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood off the beaten path, you will find all the comforts of home. New mattresses as of Spring 2021! There is a full kitchen and washer/dryer in the first floor unit.

The beautiful, hilly neighborhood was centrally located. You could walk to U. of Washington or take a bus. There was a cute coffee shop right around the corner and grocery stores within a short drive. The kitchen was large and very well-equipped with older but functional stuff. The beds were comfortable but FYI to anyone who is scent-sensitive, the laundry products in use were very scented. You can hear the folks walking around above, which usually wasn't as issue except one of the nights we were there they were up much later than I wanted to be. Overall, a good place to stay.

Libby’s place was perfect for our visit to Seattle! She was quick to respond to our questions and very helpful. The apartment is very clean and well supplied with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the space in general was delightful. We will check to see if her place is available next time we are in the area.

Beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood! The home is super clean and comfortable. Great laundry, kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. Very comfortable beds. Cozy living room. Great communication with hosts. Amazing location! Close walk to shopping, coffee, restaurants, bus, and light rail. Our first time to Seattle as we helped our son get settled at U. of Washington. For five days we walked, road the bus, the light rail, and the monorail, exploring the U District, the university campus, downtown, Seattle Center, Pikes Market, China Town, Pioneer Square, Capital Hill, Green Lake, and we went to a Seattle Reign game and hiked the Cougar Mountain Wildland Park - all without a car! Absolutely blown away by the city. And this home was a perfect "home base." Thank you, and we look forward to visiting again soon.

Wonderful stay in a great neighborhood! It was a very close drive to everything we needed - grocery stores and delicious restaurants - and attractions we wanted to visit. There is also a great local coffee shop just a short block’s walk. The place was very clean, which is a comfort in itself and the beds were very comfortable. This was a great place to stay for my family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 kids. Next time we want to visit Seattle, we will surely be back!

A nice space

Three of us came to town for three nights, taking the light rail from the nearby station to various spots was super easy. We were lucky to enjoy dinner warm weather and the nearby park was wonderful—a true sanctuary. Easy communication with owner, comfortable place.

Comfortable apartment in a great neighborhood near UW

We needed a place to stay to watch a collegiate ultimate frisbee tournament at the University of Washington. This apartment fit the bill perfectly. One bedroom with a queen for another couple, and a single bed for me. The place was a little over a mile from UW and the playing fields. It was also walking distance from a number of nice restaurants and bars.

Seattle Visit

Loved this place! Lovely neighborhood and space described accurately. Great location for Seattle activities. We especially enjoyed the space to relax after a busy day with enough comfortable seating for 5 people to watch a movie. We'll definitely stay again.
