Sports fans will appreciate the proximity to T-Mobile Park and Lumen Field—both just two miles away—perfect for catching a game or event. The Eastside, including Bellevue and Redmond, is within 10 miles and easily accessible via I-90. Whether arriving by car or public transit, guests will find getting around a breeze.

The location is a major highlight of this home. Within a half-mile, guests can explore Jimi Hendrix Park, the Seattle Children’s Playground, and numerous parks and green spaces. Lake Washington is less than a mile away, offering scenic views and opportunities for outdoor fun including trails, picnicking, and water activities.
