Commuter's Paradise - welcome to my newly renovated 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home in Beacon Hill!

This stylish home is located about 15mins to Space Needle & International Fountain, 15 mins to Seattle Aquarium, and 16 mins to Pike Place Market.

This is a central location with quick access to I-5, 90, and West Seattle make this location a commuter’s dream!

The space
Cozy and inviting, you will feel perfectly at home in this 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home! Perfect for travelers, friends, families, and even those who are in the city for business!

The downstairs guestroom has one bedroom that features a full-sized bed, and twin bunk bed (twin on double). The second level has a large kitchen, a dining area, a living room and a stackable washer/dryer closet. On the third level, the master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the other bedroom has also a queen-sized bed each with its own ensuite bathrooms.

The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with everything you need and the perfect place to eat and relax after a long day of sightseeing or working. This place also has a central heating and a portable air conditioning unit.

I have full sets of sheets, linens, duvets for all beds as well as extra towels for everyone and a washer & a dryer - so you don't have to worry about that!

This home also includes high-speed fiber WiFi (940 Mbps), Smart TV, 1 parking spot in the garage, and 1 driveway parking spot behind the building that is available during your stay!

It was a good size place, location had quick access to main roads. It was a little noisy. Not that well equipped kitchen. Some dishes were chipped.

Great communication, clean property, well decorated. Comfortable beds and three bathrooms is a plus! Not a ton of amenities like towels, extra tp or kleenex. Not much within walking distance and it’s pretty noisy as it’s on a very busy street.

Our stay was not comfortable due to how warm the home was. There were 3 portable air conditioners but if all 3 were on at the same time then the fuse blew. If we opened windows then the noise from the car traffic on the busy street was way too loud. The kitchen was not outfitted nicely which made preparing meals difficult. Basically the home was livable but not enjoyable.
