This was a last-minute stay and considering what I paid, I felt like it was worth it. however was disappointed in the limited places the shuttle can take you and the morning front desk Staff was less than friendly which made me feel like I was bothering her when asking about the shuttle and check out process. However the afternoon staff who was Asian male was super kind, helpful and patient.

The desk agents were very kind and helpful! The shuttle was prompt and the driver good. But the room—the most important part—had a musty smell as soon as I walked in, mixed with cleaning supply smell (I assume to counteract the must). Some remodeling has been done but the room was still unfinished (no baseboard). A window unit air conditioner was on and the filter was clearly in need of cleaning. I woke up with allergy fits and have been sneezing all day. Who knows what allergens I breathed all night.

This is a well-used hotel, and it does a great job. Would I stay here again? Definitely. It does the job. It is extremely convenient to the airport. They have a wonderful 24-hour shuttle to and from the airport; I loved that. The staff service was excellent! For breakfast, I have the ham and cheese burrito, and it was great. Overall, a very positive experience.

Bed was comfortable and there was a fridge and microwave in this room.not sure if there are in every room. Can walk to the link line and also there is a bus to the southcenter mall. Staff are nice The indoor pool is good, the fitness center is small but ok. No free weights . WiFi was weak.

This property has seen better days. The staff was fabulous but the hotel itself is dark, dank, and smells bad. Old dirty carpet, dirty walls and doors, and a strange conglomeration of maze like halls. Not great.

Our heater kept going on and off all night and making a weird squealing and clinking sound. Our toilet continued to run throughout the night. Hallway was very noisy. Definitely did not get a good nights rest.
