I called the hotel for a shuttle and they gave me the instructions. The staff was great and helpful. Breakfast was standard. They did not have a milk alternative or lactose free but I have them the suggestion.

Worst parking for a hotel that I have experienced. They had minimal parking but let 2 vans take up 5 spots. There was only one parking spot and it was totally inadequate for my pickup. Very frustrating, but the check-in clerk could care less.

The breakfast was average, didnt have alot of food alternative options but was very tasty. I didnt like the parking. When I arrived it was a full lot on the front of the building with no parking spaces available.I was a solo adult with 4 kids. That was was my safety concern but the front desk lady gave up her parking space for us. I really do appreciate her her kindness

The noisiest beds ever. Couldn't move in my sleep without the squeaks waking me up. Area is sketchy and hard to find the parking lot at night. Staff was friendly as d check in check out was fast. Breakfast was fair. Typical. Eggs, over cooked sausage, waffles etc..m

Sofa bed was stuck inside sofa and had to call front desk for help. Then tried to put up in the am and didn't work. Called for help again and they ended up giving us another room. Once in new room, had trouble with television. Couldn't turn on then turned on and couldn't change channels. Had to call front desk once again. Beds were soft but squeaky, every time we would toss and turn in bed at night we would hear the noise. This in both rooms. Front desk attendant on Nov 1st, tried her best to make us comfortable on our stay. I appreciated that. Also had issue entering the area for extra parking. We were told not to park in Comfort Inn parking spaces but were not told we had to get a control from front desk to open gate on our own. Very confusing trying to go park in that area.

Staff was excellent at providing instructions on getting to the shuttle, friendly and very helpful. Shuttle driver was friendly and quick. Room was surface clean but seemed to be very old and could use some updating. Reserved a a two bed su ite. In the photos it showed a dining table and desk in the living room, but there wasn't either. Cant really complain due to price.

The shuttle was awful. Drove past us at the airport, waited 30 mins just for him to drive past us again, had to chase him down. We had asked for shuttle the day before we left. Shuttle shows up with 1 spot, we needed 5. Only had garbage emptied on the first day, restocked towels and that was the only house keeping for 4 days.

There are 2 surestay hotels in this area which is confusing. The parking at this hotel is very limited. The beds are on frames that are very noisy, there was someone vacuuming outside our room at 8:30am which woke me up. Staff were friendly.
