Arrived around 1:00 a.m. after a long travel day expecting a straightforward self check-in. Instead, the property assigned me five different rooms, none of which were usable. The first four rooms had unmade beds, piles of dirty laundry, and unclean bathrooms, clearly showing they had not been serviced or prepared for guests. The fifth room I was directed to was already occupied by another guest, which was alarming for both of us and represents a serious breach of guest safety and privacy. After contacting support again, I was told no clean rooms were available, despite my confirmed reservation. At approximately 2:00 a.m. I was left without accommodation and had to drive between multiple hotels in the middle of the night trying to find somewhere to stay. This was not a minor inconvenience — the property was unable to provide a clean or safe room despite a confirmed booking, and the situation escalated into a significant disruption and safety concern. I would strongly advise confirming that this property is actually able to accommodate guests before booking.
