IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. I’m proud to offer a SMOKE-FREE unit for guests! However, while the building is non-smoking in common areas, smoke from other units can sometimes drift into hallways. If you're sensitive, it might be best to book elsewhere.

2. There is no cable TV in the unit. We provide streaming devices but ask that guests sign into their own accounts for services.

3. Dogs are allowed on a case-by-case basis. No other types of pets are permitted.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
CRITICAL: Put the fob/parking passes in the left side drawer of the entryway table and the key in the outdoor lockbox. A lost key, fob, or parking pass will incur a $150 fee.
Return any moved furniture and/or decor to its original position.
Sign out of any streaming services you signed into during your stay.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

It was clean and comfortable. We liked having the garage to park in because of the high traffic and crazy on street parking. We did wonder about the safety of the area. Someone’s alarm went off at about 2:30/3:30 am and my husband heard someone outside. The alarm stopped eventually but we felt a bit uncomfortable. The next night someone knocked on our door. No other episodes. We did walk in the area to the park and zoo during the day. We used our car for most things. Lesley was helpful and timely with answering questions.

Cute, convenient, small

Great host and location. Clean, cute, nice courtyard. Access is too complicated. Advertised as sleeping 4 adults but one bed is only a full and the other is an air mattress that has to be inflated. Barely room for 3 to sit in living room. One loveseat and one small chair. TV use in Living room requires chrome cast app, which requires download for iPhone or apple products.

Center of the universe lived up to its name

We had a lovely stay! Our host Lessley kept us informed every step of the way. Instructions were clear and well thought out. The property was so close to all the places we wanted to visit and only minutes to the bustling Fremont neighborhood! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly to anyone interested in a stay in the center of the universe!

Great place!

This place is great--Kitchen, location, even a cute patio. The manager is also a great communicator so even if you are dumb and can't find it at first in the dark, you will be just fine! (Cough...) We also had a family emergency and had to leave early and couldn't enjoy as much as we wanted, and the manager was great about us having to leave fast. We will be back to enjoy again!

Center of the Universe Heaven

This is very close to all the attractions and there is such a variety of things to do. You can walk to multiple places to eat and shop. It is a short drive to many parks and beaches. The condo is full of all the amenities, good amount of cooking supplies, good appliances, and the bedroom is so comfy. The patio of the unit is so calming as it faces the courtyard. Lessley was amazing and was very communicative. If you have an issue or a question she gets back so quickly. I would highly recommend this getaway spot!! Can't wait to return.
