Come stay at our home! It is located in Central District and everything you need is just within a 5 minute walk. It has been newly renovated and newly furnished. It is a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom vacation home that is FULLY stocked for your stay. Your space includes a balcony with a BBQ grill and dining area. We have a large living/dining area to host your whole family. There are multiple grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, food trucks, liquor stores, dispensaries all just within the next two blocks!

The home has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and spacious bedrooms!

Located between Capitol Hill and Central District, this home is located in a hub of restaurants and cafes.

PARKING: We may be able to offer parking for $10/day if you have a compact car. There is also free 2 hour street parking and street parking is free from 6pm - 7am. Additionally, there is a paid parking lot that is a 6 minute walk from the home.

NOTE: There is construction happening in the neighboring lot. It tends to get loud between 7am and 4pm. We are so sorry for this inconvenience - unfortunately, we do not have any control over our neighbor's construction.

This apartment offers its guests barbecue grills and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
