Summary:
Our home is located in the UW area. Minutes drive from downtown Seattle. Easy access to I5 & SR520 makes it easy to get anywhere.

It has 5 bedrooms: 4 with ensuite bathrooms, plus one huge attic bedroom w/ office area. With double-pane windows, you won't notice the traffic noise. Fast 1Gig High-Speed Internet with great streaming services. Fully fenced yard with 4 parking spaces. It's equipped with a NEMA 250 volt/50 amp outlet and a Level 2 EV charger (~30miles/h). Ideal for RV & EV travelers

The Space:
This is a 3-level home with 5 spacious bedrooms.
Every bedroom has plenty of separate space and 4 of them have their own bathrooms.
You will be greeted by a porch with a changing bench and a set of Adirondack chairs. On the main floor, there is a living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom and a Jack & Jill bathroom.
Upstairs is a spacious bedroom with work area.
On the lower level, there is a comfortable recreation room and 3 bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom.

The entire house can accommodate up to 11 people.

Unique VRBO property that allowed us the driveway room to park our RV and plug it into 50amp. Would not have thought there was such a property the city.

Too close to freeway. No washcloths and other amenities. Property was 100 years old; some areas had been upgraded; some not. No sheets in master bedroom. Lots of stairs for old people. Nice try, but I would not stay there again.

Nice place with caveats

Nice place to lay your heads, good size kitchen, good location with caveats, great parking, there are three downstairs bedrooms with their own bathroom, master on middle living floor shares bathroom with upper. The bad/odd: master sharing the bathroom with everyone, no coffee grinder (really? Yes but we bought one and left it as a donation), neighborhood is odd, close to homeless and freeway is quite noisy, walking to a few nice places is OK but you have to cross over I5 for most of them and very little nearby. Easy for driving to most Seattle landmarks, great place if you are just using house for sleeping and showering but not a hangout.

Super convenient - great house

We stayed with a group of Girl Scouts - it was a perfect location - close to downtown, walking distance to restaurants and a great park. The kitchen has the basics, but plan ahead if you need anything specialized.

Great house!

Really enjoyed our stay at this very clean property. Plenty of space for all eight of us. Kitchen appliances were great and having a washer and dryer was very helpful. Yes, the house is close to the freeway, but not much noise from it in the house and we sat on the porch several nights and it was fine. I would highly recomend this property.

Phenomenal place for family and friends

Was very pleased with the organization, cleanliness and fantastic service from Kenny. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Great place for family and friends to bring in a game and some of the sites. Highly recommend.

Great house and perfect location

This house was definitely made for an vacation rental. All the rooms (but the loft) have a bathroom attached. We loved that the drawers and cupboards were labeled. The charging cords were quite spiffy too. My sister-in-law was tea-static at all the tea prep tools. And it’s very close to grocery and downtown. It was all absolutely lovely. Thank you so much!

Very lovely home- clean, modern, and spacious. Worked well for a family gathering. Easy check in process. Host was very responsive to my questions. Close to freeway but you cannot hear it from the inside of the house.

Spacious home very close to I-5

Location pin on VRBO app doesn't accurately show location of home. House is one residence away from interstate. Noise from freeway a detractor, but not terrible. Rear neighboring house had partying until 4am first night with a huge number of attendees and loud music. It was graduation weekend at UW. However, if you're looking for a quiet place, this might not be the one for you. Lots of positives. Beds comfortable, nice shades and curtains on all bedrooms. Kitchen easily workable with new appliances and full laundry facilities. House can handle a lot of people. Off street parking for at least 3 vehicles. Clean and pleasant with some air conditioning capability ( though we didn't use it). Fast wifi and two tvs (one in basement sitting room). Summary: Easily accessible to the university district and the freeway. Check google maps for actual location and know you may need earplugs for sound levels (neighbors on main and lower levelbedrooms, and freeway for upstairs). Property owner very responsive.
