First, the room is very clean. Second, the entire hotel including the lounge area is very pleasant and comfortable. Last but definitely not the least, all the staff at the hotel were wonderful, especially Rolando at the Bistro, who truly went above and beyond our expectations. Rolando and the front desk team made our stay seamless and comfortable, even with our long layover. We can't thank them enough for their exceptional service!
