Seems like they might be short staffed. Only one check-in person when full shuttle buses of guests arrive. Seemed to be a 1-person operation at the bar/dinner restaurant, although she did a commendable job. No other walkable options for dining nearby, without crossing very busy roads, although there’s a 7-11 next door.

Great! Shuttle needs improvement.

The hotel was lovely. The only issue was the shuttle service from the airport as we waited for an hour and had to call multiple times to check on the status.
