Your whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Our house is a large family friendly space, one block away from Trader Joes and Safeway in Queen Anne, a short 5 minute walk away from Kerry Park. Enjoy a large modern kitchen, two outdoor patios, and easy access to restaurants and the city center. This is our family home, not a permanent rental, so you will find some of our personal touches here and there and we ask you to be respectful of off-limits areas.
Downstairs is the main living room, dining room, kitchen, and piano room. There is a full bath on the main floor and one small bedroom (#4) with a twin bed. Upstairs are bedrooms 1, 2, and 3. Bedroom one is the primary suite with private full bath. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have access to another full bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a split king bed (two twins pushed together), Bedroom 2 has a king size bed, and Bedroom 3 is a home office with a sleeper couch. We put a mattress topper on it and it's quite comfortable as a twin bed.
