Sunnyside is a charming dog-friendly holiday home in the sought-after village of Seaview on the Isle of Wight, that was fully renovated in 2022. Situated on the outskirts of Seaview village, Sunnyside offers a quiet comfortable escape while also being just a ten-minute stroll from year round dog-friendly Seagrove, Priory & Seaview bays. Nestled in peaceful gardens, it's also a short walk from the picturesque village centre with its cafes, shops and restaurants. Making it the perfect retreat for families or groups of friends seeking a relaxing Island break.

This well appointed semi-detached house is located in a quiet area just up the road from Seagrove & Seaview Bays. Its fully enclosed back garden offers privacy and space to unwind after a fun day out. Onsite parking is an extra convenience. The living and combined dining room are bright comfortable and open. Patio doors leading to a spacious secured garden with both a patio & outside dining area ensuring a quiet evening relaxation. Comfortable seating in the sitting room provides the ideal place to relax and enjoy your favourite shows on Smart/ Sky TV after a busy day out exploring at the beach. The extendable dining table is perfect for gathering together to plan your day's activities or share stories of your Island adventures. The modern, newly renovated kitchen features a breakfast bar where guests can chat whilst meals are prepared. With a washing machine and dishwasher, household chores are easy, leaving more time for relaxation.

All bedrooms at Sunnyside are equipped with blackout curtains ensuring an uninterrupted night's sleep for all guests. On the ground floor, the first bedroom offers a plush king-size bed overlooking the garden, along with a convenient WC and washbasin. Upstairs, there are two spacious bedrooms: one with twin beds and the other with a super-king bed, tv & dvd player and a large wardrobe offering ample storage. The super-king bedroom also features lovely sea views, providing a peaceful setting to unwind. The family bathroom on the first floor includes a bath with an overhead shower, ideal for rinsing off after a day in the sand.
