Be our guest and enjoy this beautifully updated beach style house for a vacation getaway that includes the comforts of home. Featuring a private heated pool, two king bedrooms and bedroom with full-size bunk beds. Comfortably accommodates one family or two!

Conveniently located with quick access to many attractions in both Sebastian and Vero Beach. Located 5 miles from downtown Sebastian, 12 miles from downtown Vero Beach & a short 15-minute drive to the ocean.

Relax, unwind, and enjoy Sebastian in this 3-bed / 2-bath home away from home. Two memory foam king beds, two memory foam full beds, and a spacious couch provide ample accommodations for up to 9 guests. The breakfast nook and living room both feature sliding patio doors opening up to the screened-in patio and pool.

The cozy living room allows easy entertainment for the whole family (or two families!) featuring a 65” 4K smart TV with access to Xfinity cable, Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, and other on demand options. Pull out the variety of family board games for an afternoon of laughs, competitive spirits, and memories being made. Games provided include Monopoly, Sorry!, Pictionary, Clue, Yahtzee, Blokus, Candy Land, SkipBo, Uno, Go Fish, and deck of cards.

The fully equipped kitchen includes new black stainless appliances, cookware, basic spices, plates/bowls, drinkware, and silverware. Feel right at home fixing a quick breakfast or preparing a full course meal. A coffee maker (K-cup, single brew, or entire pot capabilities), blender and toaster round out the kitchen necessities. The BBQ grill is meant for whipping up an enjoyable dinner outside by the pool when you and your family/friends aren't ready to come inside for the day. Wind down one evening with a family movie and popcorn using the popcorn popper.

The spacious master suite boasts a 55” 4K smart TV and features an en-suite bathroom with direct access to the pool patio.

Craving a day of relaxation? You don’t even have to leave! This bright and airy home gives you the opportunity to comfortably lay around the house or soak up the Florida sunshine lounging by the pool. The lanai and mature landscaping encompass the pool patio to allow for privacy. Read a book, enjoy a glass of wine, or listen to your favorite tunes on the available portable bluetooth speaker.

Close recreational activities include Sebastian Inlet, Pelican Island, a variety of beautiful beaches, and many activities for outdoor enthusiasts to enjoy!

We have a strict no pets policy along with an age requirement of 25 years or older to book. There are no exceptions to these policies.

We strive to ensure every guest is coming into a clean environment. Our extensive cleaning protocols extend to all areas of the home.

It was a quick stay as we came to visit cousins and our Aunt. Not the best time for pooltime but if we'd had more time we would have enjoyed it as it was heated. We loved that it had 2 King beds! Everything in the house was in good condition and we enjoyed our time. We would book this house again. The property is located on a busy road so it was a bit tricky getting out of the driveway. The only other suggestion to the owners was the other bedroom did not have a TV and we would have liked having one.

Beautiful home, decorated in quintessential Florida decor. Very clean with full kitchen setup to cook with family and amenities to enjoy the pool and nearby beaches. The layout was perfect for grandma and grandpa to stay in the master while mom and dad with young kids stayed in the opposite wing of the house. Would definitely book this location again for our next stay.

Excellent Experience in Sebastian

Stayed for a week at the end of February. Very much enjoyed the property. Good central location in Sebastian. The home is very nice inside, well decorated, fully stocked with the necessaries. Pool was great, heated and enjoyed it a couple nights after long days. Very good option if wanting to stay in Sebastian. Quick hop to the riverfront area, close to stores, easy access to to the beach area via Wabasso.

We had a wonderful time at the home in Sebastian. Pros: house is very clean, updated, cozy. Pool/lanai area was excellent. Kitchen is well-equipped with cooking appliances. Washer/dryer on site. Rebecca was very attentive. Areas to improve: pantry should have more condiments or every day food items ie. sugar, olive oil, ziplock bags, tissues. Bathrooms should have soap for shower. Road noise is unavoidable starting at 5:30am, but owner thoughtfully provided ear plugs and a noise machine. Sweet touch. :-).

Excellent Relaxing Stay

The house is conveniently located, very clean, and well appointed. The pool was wonderful, clean and warm. Also, it's nice that you can enter the bathroom and shower from a little door off the patio next to the pool. The home is spotless and well decorated. Sebastian is great! We enjoyed walks on the endless beaches and dinner and drinks at Squid Lips and the Tiki Bar!

A little slice of Florida

Loved the layout and decor of this home! Everything was as expected with only a few hiccups which were addressed. Rebecca gets an A+++ for communication and problem solving! If you are sensitive to road noise, Barber Street is about as noisy as it gets as it is heavily traveled. Ear plugs and a white noise machine are thoughtfully provided. That said, we enjoyed the waterfront restaurants along the Indian River and the proximity to the ocean and beaches. We also enjoyed the pool and appreciated being able to go right from the pool into either bathroom to shower off! Overall, a great experience and I would book again thanks to our very accommodating and wonderful hosts!

Wonderful family vacation

Our family had a wonderful time during our stay. The property was exactly as advertised & very clean. Had everything needed & then some. Close to a new beach that we discovered for the first time & had a blast watching the surfers catch waves. Enjoyed some meals at nearby waterfront restaurants. And the heated pool was thoroughly enjoyed by all. Thank you Rebecca & Brandon for an awesome stay & the Christmas tree was beautiful.

Beautiful Coastal Style Home

We had a wonderful stay in Sebastian! The house was exactly as the listing showed and described. The Host was quick with communication and has thought of everything to make your stay an enjoyable and relaxing one. The house was tastefully decorated and even included a gorgeous Christmas tree during the holidays for a truly above & beyond touch. Spectacular place!

This was a beautiful property. The house is very comfortable and has all accomodations. We visit Vero all the time and hangout in the Sebastian Inlet, this property is close to the Inlet and many places to visit. Highly recommend it. Can't wait to stay there again next year. Great experience

First I would like to say thank you to our hosts. You were very attentive to our communications as I hope we were to you also. The home upon arrival was in immaculate condition. The kitchen was very well furnished with basic needs and extra dishes. The floor plan was ideal for us with a split floor plan that allowed both couples privacy. We utilized the screened in pool and patio every day and really enjoyed the privacy.

WOW!! Absolutely beautiful and well kept Florida getaway

My family of 4 along with family friends could not have asked for a more perfect stay. The house was spectacular, well appointed, cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. We loved the proximity to local beaches and area attractions. Easy access to both Vero, Sebastian, and surrounding areas. Communication was top notch. We will definitely book again on return trips to the Vero/Sebastian area.
