A surprisingly stylish and comfortable apartment that sits on 4 acres. You will enjoy an extremely quiet and private stay, yet be only a few minutes from the Indian River lagoon. We are within an easy drive to the City of Sebastian and the bigger cities of Palm Bay and Melbourne.

The space has been completely renovated with all new appliances, furnishings, and the little things you need to be comfortable. You can bring your boat as there is a nearby ramp and marina.

Quiet, clean, and in good functional shape

The space I stayed in was a 1 bedroom, 1 bath. It was well equipped. I didn't cook while there but I noticed it had what was needed to cook simple meals. The living dining is large enough for 3 other guests to visit. Had a quen bed so a couple could stay there.
