Discover this 4-bedroom River front home in Sebastian. Set on 13 acres of natural beauty with a sandy beach and three 200 foot docks. This home is the perfect get away for family and friends. Watch dolphins and exotic birds fish along the shore or join them and fish off the dock or jump in your boat and head to the Sebastian inlet. Enjoy the large deck that overlooks the 2 mile wide Indian River.

The open kitchen and family room offers great space to hang out. There is a separate large living room and separate dinning room as well. Enjoy views of the water or exotic wet lands from every room. There is one King, 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, and 2 twins bed, perfect for families or groups of friends. With extra sleeping space with the full sized sofa bed in the living room.

Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.

The property exceeded our expectations. Even with the beautiful pictures, it's hard to tell what a magical place this is. The house is spacious and welcoming, with every amenity you can imagine. The yard allows plenty of room for throwing a frisbee or playing ball and the docks provide ample opportunity to fish or have a picnic amongst the wildlife (birds and dolphins galore). There were plenty of parking spaces for our families to gather as we planned day-long get togethers with different groups as a way of gifting our time instead of presents this holiday season. Gillian was super responsive and helpful. The house has easy access to sidewalk on US1 for walking/running and is close to so many grocery stores and restaurants. We had a great time renting jetskis and a pontoon boat from a nearby business. Would definitely rent again, as would every visitor we had when they remarked at what a fantastic find this house was!
