Welcome to our charming 1900 vintage farmhouse located in the heart of Sebastopol, California! Our home is the perfect retreat for travelers looking to experience the rustic charm of rural California while enjoying all the amenities and comforts of home. Our cozy farmhouse has been fully remodeled and updated to include contemporary and mid-century modern design elements. You’ll find all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, Gigabit ethernet, Apple TV capable of streaming Netflix, HBO, Hulu, Amazon Prime and Disney + etc. Dimmable lighting throughout the house.

Downstairs you will find a spacious dining room that sits 6 along with a spacious and open living room and seating area. The kitchen is fully equipped and has been updated with contemporary appliances. Try out our coffee bar! From pour over coffee equipment to easy to use Kuerig, you will have everything you need to start your mornings off right. A private office situated downstairs makes work-from-home easy and peaceful. Original oak hardwood floors throughout bring out the original vintage charm! The downstairs is equipped with central heating and cooling that keeps things comfortable.

Upstairs you'll find 4 bedrooms, all with an updated and stylish aesthetic. There are 2 queen beds, a bunk bed with a twin mattress on top and full on the bottom, and a full size bed with an attached bath. The bedrooms are comfortably appointed with high-quality bedding and linens. The bathroom has been updated with modern fixtures and finishes.

Outside, you'll find a large patio with plenty of seating, as well as a grill, providing the perfect spot for al fresco dining and relaxation. With 3.5 acres of land, there's plenty of room to explore and enjoy the outdoors.
