The hotel appears to be a fairly extensive renovation of an old ( hotel- motel). It was clean and comfortable for the most part. Instead of toilet paper rolls they dispensed individual pieces through a special dispenser. There was no extra paper provided and the front desk was not open. I asked for directions from the front desk and they clearly did not know very simple questions as surrounding cities etc.

It was a nice stay for our anniversary, at check in they gave us some beverages free for our get away. I would suggest an upgrade to the windows, can hear everything outside.

I only stayed for one night, and it was very pleasant. I was with a group, and we gathered on the patio in the evening, which was quite lovely. I appreciated the updated room and the cleanliness. The air conditioning was great and there was a remote for it, and a timer.

The Spot staff are very friendly and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the water view and saw bald eagles, heron, geese and mallard ducks. Window screen was kind of bent and gimpy, but did the job. We liked the in room keurig, fridge and microwave but there is no closet, just a coatrack and the space could be tight when one of us used the desk and the other person needed to walk by. Restaurant next door has a great happy hour and a patio on the water. Note, it’s not open for breakfast.

Beautiful location but quite noisy as the insulation between rooms isnt great. The end rooms had noisy doors which were fixed from slamming bit were still noisy whej people opened them. One bed had hair in it and wasnt very clean so thankfully i inspected the other bed and found clean sheets and no hair.

Great spot after a ferry ride and leaving again for another in the AM . Comfy beds and very up to date washroom. Had a coffee and hung out with some ducklings in the morning and were on our way highly recommend

Limited parking by building. Other parking across the street. However, the manager saved me a spot a couple of times because I have limited mobility. He checked several times to see if we needed anything.
