This property has 100' of very low-bank waterfront and is located on a calm portion of Sechelt Inlet on BC's Sunshine Coast. The house is fully equipped and furnished and at 2,400 ft2 floor plan size plus a 350 ft2 deck overlooking the inlet, this 15,000 ft2 lot size provides plenty of space to enjoy the summer.

With a hot tub, access to kayaks, canoe, paddle board and more, there are endless activities to explore.

BC's Sunshine Coast is just a 40 minute ferry ride from the Lower Mainland and offers a getaway feel while still having the convenience of being close enough to Vancouver.

There are plenty of recreational activities to choose from on the Sunshine Coast in the vicinity of Sechelt including world renowned mountain biking, three golf courses to choose from, and inumerable hiking trails amongst many other activities.

The property is located on a very quiet cul-de-sac and with few city lights, stargazing (telescope included) is a fun nightly activity alongside all of the phosphorescence in the water located at your back step.

This is a very special part of the world, a hidden gem you can call yours for the summer.
