Welcome to Third Hollow Farm! Our guest will enjoy a quiet country setting on 400 acres of private wooded land. Our cabin is situated in the woods with access to hiking trails which have views of the Ohio river, wildlife, Kinniconick creek that is perfect for kayaking and the Garrison boat ramp both are a 3 mile drive from cabin. If you’re not into hiking you’re welcome to bring your OHV. It’s easy to get to, the road is paved all the way to the end of the gravel lane that leads to the cabin. You will be able to enjoy the amenities of home such as Wi-Fi, 3 TV’s, central heat and air, city water and a fully furnished kitchen. You will be far enough away from the noises of everyday life but close enough to civilization that you don’t have to cook if you don’t want to! Perfect for a family vacation, spending time with friends or a romantic getaway. Enjoy the mornings sitting on the large porch and the evenings around a campfire. We offer daily hunting leases as well for an additional price.

Security Cameras: For the safety and security of our guests and property, there is one exterior security camera located at the beginning of the driveway. These cameras do not monitor any interior spaces.

A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front entrance and records video and audio of the front porch area.

Perfect Place to Land

Traveling as a family of 5 is tough to plan and our teens are too big to share hotel spaces these days. Our stay was perfect for our family. The property is magic and our teens spent a lot of time exploring the trails and creek. We would love to come back when we can stay longer. So peaceful and just right for us!

The cabin was very larger the pictures don’t do justice. It was pretty beautiful out there day and night but at night was the most stars I’ve ever seen in a clear night sky.

The owner was exceptionally easy to communicate with and very prompt with her responses. The only negative was that it took 2 days for the A/C to catch up to a comfortable level. It was a comfortable cabin in the woods. Very peaceful.
