Central West Sedona location. Walk a couple blocks to Sugar Loaf Trailhead. Minutes walk to grocery, coffee and restaurants. The location could not be more convenient for enjoying all the Sedona has to offer.

Spread over two side by side structures this compound is perfect for large groups looking for a stylish space in Sedona. Two hot tubs, a fire pit, two outdoor dining areas, views from all over the property, a bocce court will keep everyone in the group entertained yet relaxed in this zen uncluttered space. Newly renovated.

To preserve the tranquil environment for our neighbors, only confirmed guests are allowed on the property. No one else (including visitors) is permitted without specific consent. The number of guests is documented by a video camera 24/7 at the entrance to the property. Guests not adhering to this house rule will be reported to Airbnb and the guests` stay will be immediately terminated without refund. Primary renter must be age 25 or older.

For stays that include a Friday or Saturday night, a three night minimum is required between April 1 and September 4. Five night minimum for Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. If you find available dates in our calendar between other bookings that don`t meet these minimum stay requirements, we generally make exceptions to fill them -- just ask!

We provide a starter supply of toilet paper, tissue, and paper towels. If you find that you need more than what`s supplied, there are several grocery stores and drug stores nearby.

While we welcome children of all ages we want you to know..The home isn`t child-proofed with safety plugs or cabinet locks, doesn`t have a high chair or crib - things guests with young children need. Also, there is a hot tub, which is a safety concern for young children who can`t swim.

During your stay at this vacation home, you're just a quick walk from Sugarloaf Mountain Trailhead. Laundry facilities are available. A kitchen and 4 bathrooms are available in the vacation home.

Sedona VRBO

We stayed at the Grasshopper property (both houses) for a family vacation. We had 11 people including kids, teenagers and adults. The houses were absolutely perfect for our family. The kitchen was well stocked and we had two dinners there. The bedrooms were all king sized beds which was great for us. The bathrooms were perfect as well. Five stars!!!!!
