Parking is easy and close to your room. The breakfast served was very nice. We always had access to juice and water which was nice. The only issue was that this hotel was overpriced for what you received. It is a nice and clean property but not worth the price I was charged compared to other properties I could have booked with.

The room exceeded our expectations in every way- decor, cleanliness, amenities. Our sole criticism is not having a way to connect our streaming devices to the TV for entertainment. We ended up watching programs on my phone.

We were very satisfied with our stay at Arroyo Pinion Hotel. The only surprising and unsatisfactory thing was the very low-quality breakfast. It had us wishing we were at a Hampton Inn. After the first day we went out for breakfast every morning.

This review is given through the lens of it being in Sedona. A affluent destination that is expensive in general. The property is clean and while the rooms are dated, there is clearly care for the maintenance and beddings. For those looking for more current accommodations they may be disappointed but for those looking for solid basics the Arroyo Pinion is perfect. The location is convenient with access to the Sedona shuttle and many walkable places. There is a great beer garden called Basecamp and even the local library is walkable with a great courtyard. Breakfast is basic but solid, and available drinks and fruit make the lobby welcoming. A solid value and friendly staff make this place ideal if you are exploring Sedona and need a place to recharge after an active day.

Night clerk service was bad. Never answered phone when in need. Lots of noise from upstairs. Whirlpool tub in room was malfunctioning. Water valve nozzles were stripped and water couldn't be turned off. Lost an evening on being able to use it. A big headache staying there.

While a little outdated and in need of minor repairs in the rooms, it is an excellent stay and I’d definitely book there again. It’s a very nice atmosphere with lots of options for hanging out by the pool or around the hotel. Staff is very friendly
