The gorgeous great room is open with cathedral ceilings, a gas fireplace, art niches, comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and a large dining table. A serene and soothing space to gather with friends and family and create lifelong Sedona memories. The kitchen features some wonderful upgrades such as beautiful granite countertops, a window above the kitchen sink, reverse osmosis, an electric stove, and a stackable washer/dryer for your convenience.



The designer finishes carry through to two beautiful bedrooms comfortably sleeping 4 guests. The master bedroom features a spacious bathroom, a queen size bed, a walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and a large picture window with views of the patio and mountains. The second bedroom is delightful and can be used as an office and/or bedroom with a queen size bed and a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. All the comforts of home for a good night’s sleep under Sedona’s dark skies.

Getting Around:

There are taxis, Uber (limited), and the Sedona Trolley but we recommend guests have their own car. This is a small town and public transportation is very limited.



Other forms of transportation available in the area include the Verde Valley Linx Public Transport, the Sedona Shuttle (only operable Thursday through Sunday to select popular trailheads), Lyft (limited), and several rental companies providing rental machines for off-road adventures.

Nepenthe Rules & Information:

It has a seasonal community pool, heated May thru September, possibly additional 2 weeks in April or October, depending on the weather & temperatures each year. Hot Tub is open year-round. Children under 12 are not allowed in the hot tub. No alcohol, glass, or food in the pool area. There is no on-street parking. Cars must be in the garage or carport. Not in guest parking spaces. Cars must be 18` or less long, and less than 70" high to fit in the garage. No RV parking is allowed.



Interaction with Guests:

Keyless entry for guest convenience. The 6-digit access code will be emailed along with the check-in instructions within five days of your arrival.



Foothills Property Management, Inc. is open M-F from 9 am to 5 pm. Our staff is available during business hours by phone or in person at our office. A cell phone number for any after-hour or weekend emergencies will be provided when the reservation is confirmed.

Very Nice Stay and Perfect Location

This home was perfect for the 3 of us friends to celebrate our 60th birthday. We hiked over 12 miles, enjoyed shopping and touring the area. I would highly recommend staying here and will defintely stay again if I am able to return.
