Not my first choice

Showed up and the door was wide open facing a rough looking gas station right next door. Door had issues with shutting tightly and looked like it had been kicked in and sort of fixed. Front desk person hardly said a word when checking in. Lot of road noise and heard people outside the door coughing for hours.

Property is very clean and well maintained. Kids and I loved the pool and hot tub. Convenient washer/dryer with laundry soap available on site. Not too far from the Verde Canyon railroad. Breakfast was hot and ready each morning before our adventures.

A great little motel for an overnight stay. This is not a new property. That being said, it was clean and fulfilled all our needs. We did not use the pool as it was a cold day in Northern Arizona. The complementary breakfast was great! Plenty of variety and was quite filling. The coffee was tasty. Should the need arise we may stay here again.
