Soak under the stars in your Sundance hot tub, detox in the sauna, dip into the cold plunge, & rinse off in the outdoor Rainshower. Then end the night on the rooftop deck with a fire pit. Bedrooms have luxury mattresses, and en suite bathrooms with Toto bidets. Chef's kitchen with an alkaline water hydration station.
Your Property/The Space:
A Guest Favorite and Airbnb Top 10% property, Birds Eye View is a 2-bedroom boho retreat in West Sedona with red rock views, trail access, and a private wellness area: The Zen Bali Room.
Your private outdoor wellness space includes an infrared sauna, outdoor soaking tub / cold plunge with dedicated ice machine, outdoor Rainshower, and a Sundance hot tub. After dark view the stars from the hot tub, or head up to the second-floor rooftop deck with a gas fire pit and closer open sky views. The property also has a lush fenced yard with outdoor daybeds and a dedicated alfresco dining area.
Both bedrooms have Stearns & Foster luxury mattresses and en suite bathrooms with marble countertops and Toto bidet toilets. A bonus sleeping nook near the entrance has a double twin daybed with trundle and two twin organic memory foam mattresses that can slide side-by-side to convert to a King. Ideal for children and additional friends and family.
Cathedral ceilings, a velvet sectional sofa with pullout Queen memory foam sleeper, large flatscreen TV, and glass sliders that open directly onto the outdoor patio. The chef's kitchen has marble countertops, a double oven range, and a hydration station that provides alkaline water, sparkling water, and filtered water with the push of a button. Coffee options include full pot drip coffee maker, as well as Keurig one cup.

House Rules
~ Check-in time is at 4:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.
~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.
~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~All reservations must submit their driver s license and Selfie through Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.
~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet-approved. Select homes are pet-approved.
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~No smoking inside. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
