This charming 600 sq ft casita offers a perfect private retreat in West Sedona. It features 1 partially-enclosed bedroom with queen bed and a living room with queen sleeper sofa, making it ideal for couples, small families, or friends.

The kitchen comes with basic cooking supplies and a single portable induction burner and a grill on the back patio, allowing you to prepare simple meals or a quick snack. (There is not a full-size oven or stove) The spacious bathroom provides ample space to relax after a day of exploring.

Enjoy some fresh air on the small private patio, perfect for a peaceful morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. Whether you`re in town for outdoor adventures or simply to relax, this cozy casita offers comfort, privacy, and convenience for your Sedona escape.

The accommodation was in a fabulous location for those with their own transport. It was quiet, we loved that it was close by supermarkets & local eateries, away from the tourist strip. Once you left the property it was very quick to access many walking trails & close to the airport look out.It has been thoughtfully put together, with light switches labelled, a night light in the bathroom & plush bath towels.Though comfortable with quality linens, we did find the bed small, seems to be a double not a queen & this did lead to sleep that wasn't as restful as it could have been.The communication from the host was 'cut & paste' or a standard template, and did not answer a question asked weeks prior to arrival or address an issue raised with the air conditioning. I feel that more attentive personalised communication would improve future guests experience.
