This is a breathtakingly beautiful spot, and our casita was heaven. Best of all, the staff is brilliantly kind and helpful. The concierges offered help regarding everything from hikes to softer pillows. The only thing you need to know is: the food prices are astronomical. Make your peace with this, or find alternatives. Otherwise, it is perfection.

A unique environment with beautiful nature and easy access to activities. Teams are professional and friendly. Definitely the dining cost is up significantly since my May visit but food in enchantment restaurants were not as good as before. Coffee drinks ( cappuccino etc) needs to meet the standard especially in the mini amo because of the image it try to create) Spa is good but need upgrades few essentials ( like dryer- old with dust and hair, basic skin care for people after spa services, etc) to match the prestige brand they are creating.

Overall everything was great, but when we arrived the coffee machine was missing and the cabinets were broken, so we had to call for service. Breakfast was also mixed up, we ordered room service and they got everything wrong. For the price point, it felt a bit strange.

Staffing level was low so we didnt get any pool service and the restaurant server didnt come to our table at all for at least 20 minutes. However you cant beat the view, the pool was great, the food was great (when it finally came). Breakfast was way too expensive for what you got. The three pancakes were each the size of a toonie. Loved the peace and quiet.

OUTSTANDING!! Everything stood out!, Staff could not have been more helpful, friendly and attentive. THE VERY BEST!! The rooms were beautiful, lots of small things that were very thoughtful like the Brita water filter, water bottles and Nespresso machine. The highlight of our vacation!! the Food was fabulous. The rates were expensive but worth every single penny. The spa deserves a 10 star rating all on it's own. I can't imagine staying anywhere else when in Sedona. A Must try!!
