THE SPACE

Vaulted ceilings and natural light fill the main living area — open layout with a comfortable sitting room, gas fireplace, dining table for the whole group, and a fully stocked kitchen. Warm, spacious, and designed to feel like a real home, not a rental.

The backyard is the real draw: a full-size putting green, 7-person hot tub, and gas firepit — with Red Rock views framing the entire scene. The covered patio extends your outdoor living space for al fresco meals, morning coffee, and long evenings under the stars. A gas grill is ready whenever you are.

We were in Sedona for our son’s wedding. Six adults and two small children and occasionally six additional guest stopping by. The home is VERY SPACIOUS and comfortable with plenty of seating both inside and out. There was never a time that we needed anything not available. The host, John is excellent and very accommodating. The views were amazing and the home was close to the wedding venue and restaurants. We look forward to staying here again!

First Sedona vacation for our family of 10. This home was perfect for our family with two 11 year old boys, a 7 year old, a 3 year old and 6 adults. There was space for everyone to gather and plenty of space for alone time. We prepared several meals in the large kitchen. The location was very convenient and easily accessible.
