Front desk people were wonderful. The floors and elevator were very dirty. The beds were clean but the bathroom floor was dirty and the room had not been vacuumed. I stepped on a cockleburr. I don’t know what they had done to the towels but they were thin and dingy gray. The hotels was very reasonably priced but 5 miles from any of the fun activities.

Stayed for a night with our family. Excellent overall stay. Breakfast was top notch with numerous hot & cold options available. Staff were friendly. Rooms were clean and the property was well maintained. The hotel was also within walking distance to several trails and amazing views!

My son works for IHG Hotels. So the majority of the time we stay at Holiday Inns... At this was. Service wasn't bad, but it wasn't as excellent as it is most of the time. Location is good. Breakfast is decent. Though the entire building needs to be updated. The carpet in the hallways and throughout the building is dirty and smells like mildew. The rooms were ok. They should also create a policy prohibiting people, unless they're children. To go to breakfast wearing their PJs. Is tasteless. Nobody wants to see grown-up and elderly people in their sleeping outfits. Disturbing to see some women with everything loose under their PJs.

Beds were super comfy and the room was clean. Unfortunately our hallway had 3housekeeping carts in the hallway when we came in. They made us feel like we were given the maintenance rooms. Aside from that staff was courteous and friendly.

This was the first time I have had to pay for parking outside a city center. Parking was also pretty empty. On another note this was THE best breakfast we have enjoyed over the last two week trip.

I had an amazing time at this hotel! Great location. We were able to be accommodated to check in early and late! We were able to get some hiking advice too :) We live in Phoenix and will definitely come back to this hotel again and again! The staff are fantastic, kind and helpful. Its breakfast was great too.
