Feel pampered. Glass French doors open into a brand-new space with kitchen, king-sized bed with organic high-thread count sheets, sofa bed, electric fireplace, and washer/dryer. Luxurious rain shower with Aveda products, vessel sink, magnified wall vanity mirror and shower seat all add to the spa-like feel. Then wrap yourself in an oversized Turkish towel or an organic cotton bathrobe. Kitchen has everything you need including Keurig coffee maker with variety of selections, organic teas, honey, stevia, EVO, induction plates and cookware, wine glasses, convection oven/mircowave. Did you find the snack bars? Sit at the kitchen counter and look out the window or plug in your devices and work at the counter--close to the coffee. Complimentary Red Rock Pass for Guest's use. Tired of hiking and want to relax "at home"? Large screen Direct TV with Amazon and Netflix. Scrabble and Yahtzee in the living room ottoman. Patio with grill and outdoor table including outdoor counter and pass-through from kitchen. Enjoy hummingbirds at the feeder and the red rock view. A quiet neighborhood bordering a common area, this oasis feels removed but is close to 89A and so many restaurants are within 1 mile: Mariposa, Dahl and Deluca, Chocolatree, Picasso's, Pisa Lisa, Paleo's. Whole Foods is close enough to walk. Easy walks to Posse Grounds park and Sedona's Ampitheatre, tennis courts, and playgrounds and fields with postcard views. Of course, hiking trails are close too and a variety of hiking books are in the studio to help you choose. This great location means you don't have to fight the uptown or village traffic. You already are in the heart of things. Keyless, combination lock, outside lights, and lined curtains offer privacy and security. Visiting during colder mornings and chilly days? An electric fireplace makes it cozy. Remotes for TV, A/C, heat and outdoor lights. Full size washer and dryer is just another convenience. Sofa opens up to a bed. Free parking on premises and just outside of apartment.

We are serious about cleanliness. One dedicated cleaner services the studio, a former nurse she values disinfecting procedures.

Recently, (Jan 2021), work began on an adjacent lot for a new home build. Recent guests who were early risers had no issue. Of course no work takes place on weekends.

Adorable Studio

Cozy and perfect! This studio has everything you need and more! Every detail has been thought out from the lovely bathroom, comfy bed, pass through window for patio dining/cocktails, outdoor space and special guest amenities! Great location to trails and close to shops and groceries. Loved it!!

Great place to stay

This was perfect for us! My husband and I spent 3 days in Sedona. This unit is extremely well designed for 2 people. Looks just like the photos. A small kitchenette and small seating area were perfect for us. Comfortable and well located for hiking adventures.

Sister get-away

Lovely studio attached to owners house. Very private surroundings. We saw lots of birds, rabbits and a family of 6 coyotes! The unit was beautifully decorated and the walk-in shower was awesome . The bed and linens were so comfortable!

Fantastic Sedona Getaway

We really loved how quiet and clean this property was! Although it was tucked into a quiet neighborhood, all shopping and hiking (Red Rock pass to borrow provided by host!) was just a short drive away. We did a lot of hiking and this location was convenient to drop back in and clean up after our excursions and quickly be back out dining or shopping. We dined out, but the Keurig and fridge were spotless and ideal for a morning wake up and to hold cold snacks. Allergies sufferers take note - this property was spotless without overwhelming perfumes or scents - perfect for those with sensitive skin and/or allergies! Such kind hosts - just a text away and made sure all our needs were met. We would highly recommend this property and would stay again!!

An Excellent Well Appointed Property

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights. It's a great central location to easily get out early to hikes in either direction, and then to get out to all the great restaurants and wineries in the area. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

Wonderful Studio

Lovely, well-designed studio apartment. The very comfortable bed resulted in our best nights sleeping during our trip. The wonderful, large shower with great, slip-free tile flooring and nice amenities was appreciated after long daysof hiking. Small, but well-equipped kitchen and great, private outdoor seatin with very clean outdoor grill. Since this stay came mid-point in our trip, the washer and drer were very much appreciated. Lovely hosts were very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Great little place in quiet area

Teri is great and super responsive. The studio is all you need to crash after enjoying beautiful Sedona all day. The king bed is very comfortable and my two kids (6 and 9) slept very well on the pull out couch. Laundry right in the bathroom and walk in shower was a great feature. Everything was very clean and well maintained.

Perfect for Election Week!

This property is spotless and located in a very quiet and calm neighborhood in the hills above the touristy area of Sedona. I loved the owners’ attention to detail. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe throughout my 6 night stay and I enjoyed my informal interactions with the owners. They even delivered cookies (at an appropriate distance due to the virus) in advance of Election Day. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Amazing quiet cottage with beautiful views

Everything in this little cottage was just perfect! Clean CUTE cozy quiet with comfortable bed, amazing rain shower and with so many little extra touches by the lovely owner. Coffee, filter water, red rock pass, aveda body products aromatherapy machine, lush towels and robe! Beautiful area in a cozy relax private area ! Easy location to get to everything! Loved my stay!!! Owner was lovely to meet with talk with. Couldn’t have been better!

Sedona retreat

My husband and I loved this beautiful space for our weekend getaway. The room is welcoming and very cozy. Everything was in perfect condition and super clean. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the shower does not disappoint. It is in a perfect location close to everything you’ll need. The directions for the house, tv, shower, are easy to understand. We will absolutely be back!!

Everything was absolutely perfect, not a detail is overlooked in this lovely studio. Centrally located for any exploring you will want to do. The only drawback is you may not want to leave the comfy bed to do it. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Excellent Stay in Sedona

We visited for five nights in May and stayed at this wonderful property. This unit is terrific! VERY functional and great location, very close to all the trails and the "downtown" of Sedona. It was great to get to know Bob during our visit , who was very friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations. The outside patio set was a real plus, as it is a wonderful spot for morning coffee or afternoon happy hour! We would highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting the Sedona area. I can't say enough good things about Teri (Bob gives her all the credit) and her rental. Her attention to detail is incredible, starting with the personalized welcome board out front. The space is perfect and my only complaint would be that my husband and I didn't get to stay long enough. I highly recommend staying here while visiting Sedona.
