Great location, very clean. Great communication. Only issue was that there is a tenant in an attached unit that wasn’t disclosed until you’re there and read through the binder.

Very nice, well appointed home. Appliances look new and worked well. some amenities were upscale. Very convenient to shops and restaurants. Communications with Alec were superb. Minor issue with one electrical circuit which limited living room lighting, but Alec was on it promptly.

Perfect spot in Sedona!

Nice walk to the downtown and we took an extended walk to the Brins Mesa trailhead (parking was challenging at the various trailheads during our stay). The house was easy to find, clean, bright, and comfortable! Host was easily accessible. House is within a quiet neighborhood with amazing views!

Such a great place with everything we needed! So close to restaurants and shopping. Our one complaint was the odor coming from the resident next door.
