There is also an electric fireplace in the living room which can throw heat with the push of a button on the remote. There are multiple options for sleeping with 2 master bedrooms, each with a king size bed and dual control mattress heaters for those chilly nights. Bedroom #3 has a twin over full bunk bed plus a pull-out trundle bed to comfortably sleep 4-5 kids or adults in bedroom #3. Bedroom 3 has plenty of room to pull the trundle across that room OR use that space for the kid's play area. There is also a brand new queen size sofa bed in the rec room. There's a total sleeping capacity of 8-9 people in this house, providing together spaces as well as plenty of privacy.
