The Upper Terrace Unit and Lower Studio are completely separate accommodations within the same building, each with its own designated parking and private entrance. While they offer independent spaces, the entire building is rented together as one booking, ensuring privacy for your group.

Guests have access to a beautifully wooded common area between Moondance Retreat and the Tiny Cabin, featuring a cozy fire pit lounge. This space is available on a first-come, first-served basis or may be shared with fellow guests.

To help preserve Sedona’s world-famous night skies, we kindly ask that guests turn off outdoor recessed lighting after dark. Soft, low-level lighting is provided for safe maneuvering at night.

Pet Policy: We welcome dogs with a non-refundable pet fee of $175, but they must be approved.
