Staff was great, and the room had all basic facilities, although I think a lot of the general facilities could get an upgrade. The heater made continuous sound at night, the bathtub was broken, and I had a room close to one of the staff rooms, where people bumped on the wall, which was somewhat concerning. If you are on a budget, it is good choice, but I would look at other places first next time in Sedona.

I cell phone video of when I was trying to plug in the blow dryer and a cockroach ran out. I’m not sure if it ran out of the blow dryer or the electrical outlet. And it ran straight onto my make up face wash towel. also, I did not have any sort of balcony. I think I was placed in the older building. I had a window that faced a wall. I had no idea if it was day or night. It was a strange little hallway with about five other rooms very dorm like. lots of strange noises of machinery, and the pipes.

Despite being a recently remodeled room, there was a strange patch near the bed that looked like either water damage or mold. The place is pretty, great location. Outside construction going on but wasnt too bad
