To preserve the original character of this single-family home, the property is intended for one cohesive group traveling together (such as a family). It is not suitable for group lodging arrangements where 5-6 unrelated individuals occupy the home separately or use it for independent or work-related housing purposes.

The maximum occupancy must be respected, and sleeping arrangements are limited to the designated beds in the three bedrooms. The sofas in the living areas are provided for seating only and are not to be used as sleeping spaces.

Bookings consisting of unrelated individuals seeking separate sleeping spaces (for example, five-six individuals each expecting their own designated sleeping area) are not permitted. This property is not intended to function as a room-by-room or shared housing rental.

Commercial/work use is not permitted.

Booking Requirement:
The person making the reservation must be one of the guests staying at the property for the duration of the booking. Third-party bookings (reserving on behalf of others) are not permitted without prior approval.
