Situated just one block from The Matterhorn in the heart of uptown Sedona, our beautiful 2-story, 2-bedroom Chalet features two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, a game room, and a laundry room.Upon entering this thoughtfully crafted Chalet, you will be welcomed by an open concept living space adorned with modern furnishings and accents. The living room beckons you to relax by large windows that frame stunning views of Sedona's red rock landscapes, allowing the beauty of nature to become an integral part of your indoor experience.The first bedroom, boasting a king bed, is conveniently located on the first floor, while the second bedroom, also with a king bed, is situated in the loft area. The game room adds a playful touch with a pullout queen trundle bed, a foosball table, and ample gathering space for entertaining game nights. Finally, the spacious front patio provides a charming setting with a table for eight and a barbeque.

There is no cancellation fee when you cancel 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Cancellations after the 48 hour period will be charged a one night's room rate and applicable tax. Failure to show up at property is deemed a no show and guest will be charged the full amount of the guest stay including taxes.

This chalet offers its guests barbecue grills, an arcade/game room, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
