I booked almost a month in advance as it was for my wifes birthday. When we got there the lady in the office gave us the room and it was the handicap room with a handicap shower. I explained to her thst i purchased the largest room mainly for the jacuzzi. She explained she moved people around and gave our room to someone else. When i asked her why i wasnt contacted in advance of this change so i could have canceled, she had the audacity to say "I was afraid if I had mentioned it you would have canceled ". The whole time we were there i tried to get moved to another room but they weren't concerned about our complaint. I contacted Hotels.com for help while there and also got zero assistance.

The pros - The unit was very clean and has awesome water pressure. Our unit had a beautiful view of the creek. The location its self is quiet and away from the hub bub of Sedona but close enough to get where you want to go. Staff is very responsive to questions. The cons - It take several minutes for the water to get hot so it feels like you are wasting so much water to dishes or shower. The walls are paper thin and you hear everything going on in your neighbor's room. The heating unit is loud and rattles. The ceiling fan ticks. The building makes loud popping noises when the sun starts to come up. The upper walls of the bedroom are open to the living area. So if you are a light sleeper, this is not the place for you.

Had a room with a duck pond right outside, so the view was beautiful and tranquil. The room was very clean, had a nice layout, and plenty of space. Perfect spot for me and my hubby to spend the weekend. There is a hiking trail within walking distance that we enjoyed (Raven Caves Trail).

Beautiful peaceful stay

Absolutely beautiful experience here at the villas. Lovely greeting from hotel staff, spacious, clean, and extremely peaceful villa that I stayed in. Beautiful duck pond right behind my patio with a fountain. Lovely, warm fireplace and Jacuzzi tub. I will definitely come back to this property Again soon.

Good Stay

Loved the location and close to everything. Room had a mildew smell and a lot of dust/debris in the air, but other than that, we loved it. Fireplace and outdoor patio balcony were great touches.
