It was perfect! Loved the updated room and large tub. Excellent kitchenette. Very comfortable bed. Loved the extra sink and makeup area. Beautiful property. Wish a few more of the channels worked on the TV and breakfast included would have been extra great but it really was a wonderful stay.

The room was clean and I loved that we had a small patio! Our room included a jetted tub and fireplace which we enjoyed in January. It was very quiet and the perfect in between spot to enjoy all of Sedona! Room service didn’t clean in between days but maybe they don’t offer that. Be aware- the walls are very thin and that’s all I’ll say on that lol.

Bed was horrible. Old, massively soft spring mattress. Slept horribly and woke up each morning with new soreness. Shower had the most water-restrictive shower head I’ve ever seen. Weak pressure and extremely low flow-rate. It would be very easy to fix both these issues (replace mattress with inexpensive, modern, firm mattress and use a better shower-head). It’s never worth penny-pinching like this. It just breeds unhappy customers. Do better.

When we arrived at the stated address per Orbitz , the place was closed and deserted. Sign on the door said closed, maintenance man who was there confirmed. We were forced to find another place at 6 pm on New Year’s Eve . Turns out they had moved down the street but there was no indication of that. They made no mention of that when we talked with the property 3 weeks earlier. Demanded a full refund

My girlfriend and I spent our Thanksgiving here for dinner. We expected the kitchenette and brought our own pots, ok and, etc. We were happily shocked to see that the kitchens are fully loaded with utensils, pans, utensils, you name it. We had a lovely thanksgiving dinner out by the pond (which we were lucky to have a room next to.) and even saw some wild life walking around. Definitely recommend and will be back. This place would be ideal for anyone who wants to spend a week out in Sedona while also living like it's home. The bathtub is huge and the jets are very powerful. Overall, a 10/10 experience and we will be back.
