If you are considering, book it! Wonderful space which was exceptionally clean, comfortable and very stylish. You will be very close walking distance to uptown Sedona which is a huge plus. We would definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic stay in this home; clean, well-equipped, quiet and, best of all: location! A couple of blocks from all the action of uptown Sedona. Designated parking so after our hikes we could park and easily walk to restaurants, shops, etc. We really enjoyed the space and conveniences.

Kitchen and bathroom well supplied (didn’t do any cooking with one night stay). Home was very tidy and clean. Very quiet area, parking space off street appreciated. Several issues that were unsatisfactory: 1. Flooring was cold, no area rugs anywhere, not even in bathroom. 2. No bedding for sleeper couch in living room other than a fitted sheet and a small “throw” blanket. 3. Heating units on wall were noisy, on and off all night, difficult to sleep.

Great location!

This cozy little place is quiet and central. Parking at the trailheads around Sedona is extremely limited and we were very glad to be able to walk to the main trail network right out the door.

We enjoyed our stay in this well appointed property in a prime location in Sedona. The bed was comfortable, the closet was spacious, the water pressure was amazing, and the kitchen had everything we needed for our minimal cooking needs. The communication with the host was flawless, and we would definitely stay here again.

The property was in an excellent location but these old eyes found it a bit dark. Our host had everything spic and span. The fireplace was great, the coffee was nice to have by the ready, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom, according to the better half, was not bright enough for makeup. Would have been nice to have a TV in the bedroom, but we were probably better off without.
