Very popular residential area in the south of Hamburg

By train you drive only 15 minutes to Hamburg Central Station. In the traffic-calmed area in front of the house you will find plenty of parking, the nearest bus stop is about 200 m, the train station 1.5 km away. A diverse selection of restaurants is within walking distance and a neighboring supermarket is open Mon - Sat 7. 00 - 21. 00 open.

Our modern furnished 2-room apartment is located in the attic of a family house in an attractive residential area.
The apartment is fully equipped for 4 people:

Separate kitchen with plenty of cooking and eating utensils, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, one filter and capsule coffee machine, oven and ceramic hob.

A nice, new shower room with washing machine and dryer.

The bedroom has a large double bed with adjustable slatted frame, a large wardrobe and an antique desk.

The cozy living room with satellite TV can be converted quickly and easily to the second bedroom and thus offers two more comfortable sleeping options.

All rooms have large windows, thanks to the Masarddachs there are almost no slopes. The apartment is bright and friendly.

So macht Hamburg Spaß :)

Tolles und modernes Appartement. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Sehr nette Gastgeberin, haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Gute Anbindung nach Hamburg, vor Ort auch alles was man braucht, um einen schönen Nachmittag zu verbringen. Einziges Manko: die Endreinigung wird von den Gästen selbst durch geführt, da könnte man etwas nachbessern. Ansonsten: sehr empfehlenswert!

Alles wunderbar in einem schönen Vorort von Hamburg.

Die Kommunikation war sehr unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist süß und sauber. Die Anbindung an Hamburg über den Bahnhof Hittfeld sehr einfach. Vor dem Bahnhof ist ein großer Parkplatz, wo man ohne Probleme stehen kann während des Stadt-Besuches. Gerne buchen wir die Wohnung wieder

Geruhsamer Aufenthalt in grüner Idylle

Die FeWo liegt in grüner, ruhiger Umgebung. Es gibt viele Teiche in der Nähe mit Wasservögel wie Enten, Schwäne sowie Reiher und mehr. Man kann Spaziergänge im Grünen und durch den Dorf machen. Es gibt eine Dorfrunde mit informativen Schildern die die Geschichte von z.B. Gebäuden erläutern. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und unsere Gastgeberin sehr nett, hilfreich und freundlich.

Schöner Kurzurlaub mit sehr guter Anbindung an Hamburg

Die Wohnung entspricht weitestgehend der Beschreibung. Für einen Kurzurlaub durchaus gut geeignet. Die Anbindung an Hamburg mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist sehr gut, genau wie Nähe zu einem Discounter und einem Getränkemarkt. Das Badezimmer ist recht modern. Etwas mehr Ablagefläche und Zahnputzbecher würden den Eindruck noch verbessern. Das Schlafzimmer entspricht der Beschreibung im Inserat. Die Einrichtung des Wohnhzimmers/des Essbereiches wurde von uns allerdings nicht als sehr praktisch empfunden. Der Esstisch wackelte ständig was auch mit Unterlegmaterial nicht ganz zu beheben war. Die Positionierung von der Couch als Sitzgelegenheit zu dem TV ist ungünstig und ein Entspannen nach einem ereignisreichen Tag nur schwer möglich. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und reagiert prompt auf Anfragen. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt und waren mit der Wohnung zufrieden und können sie weiter empfehlen.

Wir haben in der Ferienwohnung von Frau Krause ein paar gemütliche Tage zwischen den Jahren verbracht. Sowohl Hamburg als auch Lüneburg sind gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was für einen Kurzurlaub benötigt wird.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles da, was man brauchte. Wir waren mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Jugendlichen dort und da wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren, war der Platz durchaus ausreichend.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage in Seevetal. Die Wohnung liegt perfekt um Hamburg zu erkunden. Ein Supermarkt liegt quasi direkt gegenüber der Wohnung. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und gibt gute Tipps. Für uns war das einzige Manko, dass es keine Rolläden gibt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
