Cozy, approx. 50-year-old chalet, with wooden paneling. The centrally located house has two 3-room apartments, with simple equipment standard and a total of 8 beds. The village center with store, bakery and restaurants can be reached on foot within 2 minutes. Also in the village center there is an ATM and a guest information (in the bazaar). Post buses run hourly to Grüsch (connection from there by train to Klosters/Davos or Landquart). In summer, Seewis offers countless biking and hiking routes as well as friendly little restaurants with scooter fun, nature-oriented excursion possibilities and a public indoor swimming pool. In the Rätikon, which is internationally known as a climbing area, you will find easy family climbing gardens, a via ferrata and a large selection of alpine routes. A large playground with barbecue area is located about 500 meters from the house. The health resort Bad Ragaz with golf course and large thermal baths can be reached in 15 minutes by car. Chur the capital of the canton Graubünden as well. In winter there is a village lift at your disposal in good snow conditions, incl. magic carpet for the little ones (day ticket Fr. 20.00). In addition, you can reach the valley station of the family-friendly skiing area Grüsch-Danusa within 10-15 minutes. The cable cars offer a ski and clothing depot, so a daily lugging of the sik equipment is not necessary.
